Traffic Congestion and Pollution Reduction Scheme - British Parking Awards 2021
We partnered with the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham to provide smart sensors and networks for a hyper local view of air pollution.
Using our smart technology, the council was able to make informed decisions and environmental interventions in key locations and improve air quality by 50%.
Smart City Initiative Award - West Midlands 5G Connected Britain
We partnered with West Midlands 5G to provide Lidar technology sensors combined with the 5G network.
Working closely with Transport for West Midlands (TfWM), we helped to deliver continuous urban scanning for towns and cities throughout the region.

WalesOnline presented Vortex with the award for Best Startup for our smart technology pilots with Neath & Port Talbot Council, Qatar, Tata Steel, the UN Air Programme, and for securing £1 million worth of investment from Innovate UK.
